Welcome to the S.T.E.A.M Circus! 

🎪 Using circus skills, we offer a unique supplement to school curriculum. 
 
Who knew everything in the circus has to do with S.T.E.A.M? We knew! And we know circus skills are a terrific method for teaching children. We’ve been teaching Newtonian vocabulary and physics since before the term S.T.E.A.M.
 
By collaborating with teachers, we integrate science, math, ELA, and social studies  into physically and mentally challenging school residencies where children will learn and retain knowledge. All the while, we are a perfect nurturing space for children to grow self confidence and become the best version of themselves. With an objective to be a part of the future development of the society, we started the S.T.E.A.M Circus. 
 
The S.T. E.A.M Circus is proudly produced by Deena Frooman. Known to children as Deena Juggleena, she is an accomplished juggler, super circus lover and live family events producer for over thirty years.
 
Science: Children will learn how circus skills are related to Newtonian vocabulary; forces and motion, gravity, velocity, momentum and more.
Technology: Children will learn how circus is related to industry and careers.
Engineering: Children will learn how things are created and dependent on science.
Arts: Children will learn about creative aspects of circus from professional to theatre to dance and music.
Mathematics: Children will learn about math and related subjects.
 
Practice: Children will learn about their developing minds and gain confidence while trying exceptional skills such as juggling, balancing on a giant ball, spinning a plate and more.

S.T.E.A.M Bubbles

S.T.E.A.M Bubbles Is an incredi-bubble adventure into bubbles and how bubbles are actually full of S.T.E.A.M lessons. Children were learn about shapes, physics, gravity, resiliency and more all while learning lessons for life.

S.T.E.A.M Machine

The S.T.E.A.M Machine Is our proprietary pedal powered spin art contraption. Putting the A for art in S.T.E.A.M and keeping it there is what we are all about! Children will learn about force and motion, gears, primary and secondary colors, design, different types of art, spinning, balance, centers of gravity– all while having the most fun ever! Part of this team machine circus pedal powered spinner contraption programming includes loads of juggling, plates spinning, and unique art to take home.

S.T.E.A.M Shows

20 minute to 40 minute shows featuring S.T.E.A.M themed circus skills which teach along the way. Opportunities for children to enjoy hands-on participation follow the show. A slew of Newtonian vocabulary will be included in the fun and engaging performance by Deena Juggleena. Depending on the budget add on interactive live music with Mr. Tunsie the One Man Band and Jason the Juggler.

S.T.E.A.M Residencies

In-school residencies are immersive and foster in-depth opportunities for significant learning exchanges. Children will learn all facets of S.T.E.A.M. From push and pull to a full range of Newtonian vocabulary through various circus skills and cool gravity tricks. Juggling, plate spinning, acrobatics, poi, hooping and more will be part of the program.
